Our annual health fair is a very rewarding experience. It is way for us to give back to our local community. It provides a valuable service and is open to everyone on the island. We had 115 visitors, which means we saw nearly 1% of the total island population in one day! We are pleased to report that most people were in good health and everyone promised to come back again next year for their annual check-up courtesy of Saint James.
The fair is a lot of work for the organizers (SGA, AMSA and Red Cross) and the volunteers, but it is a rewarding and enjoyable experience for all of the students as well as excellent practice in dealing with, and treating, the public.
Thanks and well done everyone!
