In this first phase, every student gets a personal dashboard showing their overall performance, a clear breakdown of their quiz and exam results, and specific remediation options to close their knowledge gaps.
Cohort-Level Faculty Analysis
AI agents evaluate exam and quiz results across an entire cohort, identify where the most students struggled, and generate lecture and curriculum recommendations for faculty and administration – with the goal of flagging at-risk students up to 3x sooner than SJSM's current process.
A Unified View for Administration
A single dashboard for administrators, aggregating data from multiple academic platforms into one real-time view of performance against the curriculum.
Closing the Gap
Once you and your faculty have identified the weak areas, you are able to use EMA portal to schedule an appointment with the appropriate faculty member to discuss methods to improve performance and close the gap. Additionally, EMA will recommend material specific to your needs that would help you better understand the material you were struggling with.
