Coronary artery dominance can influence the presentation of a heart attack, including the location, type, and even severity of symptoms. Understandably, timely recognition of symptoms will determine the outcome.

Before starting clinical rotations, Anguilla students wanted to highlight again the importance of understanding coronary artery dominance. They provided a short reminder about what we know and what we don’t know about coronary artery dominance and its significance in improving the outcomes of coronary artery diseases.
